Abstract This report presents the results of an evaluation study comparing the impact of the Functional Adult Literacy Program (FALP) on the language and literacy skills as well as knowledge and attitudes of its participants in three provinces in Turkey: Istanbul, Sanliurfa, and Diyarbakir.
